Abstract:
Conflicts are an integral part of work and life. Diversity in personality traits, diversity of goals and needs can lead to conflict. Conflicts at work are studied with special attention by managers as they can lead to drop in productivity or problems. A moderate amount of conflict is an indicator of a normal work environment. Once avoided, conflict is considered useful and good to help achieve goals today. Many studies have been conducted on this topic, precisely for reasons of increase in productivity, employee satisfaction and pleasant working environment. The results of this study show that respondents have experienced workplace conflicts very often, but not always remain negative, followed by an incentive to solve problems, and examine some examples to resolve conflict situations.
